Information for event organizers

My typical photo shoot 

  • Digital - all photos are shot using high end digital SLR equipment.

  • Prompt - I typically arrive 30-60 minutes prior to the event. All pictures are available within 1-2 days after the event.

  • Quality - I inspect every picture I take and adjust, correct, crop where needed.

  • Promotion - I provide:

    •  10 by 10 tent with table and 16x20 displays

    • 10' banner

    • 8"x10" standup displays for registration tables

    • Business Cards

    • Coupons/Discounts as giveaways

    • Logos for web and email links

  • Many participants keep a scrapbook to document/remember their events and accomplishments 

  • Organizers have access to every picture taken for promotional purposes

TIPS

  • Have a well organized and formal awards ceremony even if it is a small event. This makes the participants feel a greater sense of accomplishment

  • Have a well laid out awards area. Consider providing a 3 tier awards platform for first, second, and third places. 

  • Be aware of what is behind the awards area. That will be the background for the awards pictures.

  • Put your sponsors banners behind or around the awards ceremony area.

  • Provide a participant email list so that we may notify them when the pictures have been uploaded
