TIPS

Have a
well organized and formal awards ceremony even if it is a small
event. This makes the participants feel a greater sense of
accomplishment

well laid out awards area. Consider providing a 3 tier awards
platform for first, second, and third places.

aware of what is behind the awards area. That will be the background
for the awards pictures.

your sponsors banners behind or around the awards ceremony area.
